Origin
As investors ourselves, we realized the importance of having a good property manager, but we couldn’t ever find one. We felt the pain of leaky roofs and missed payments and not being sure who to call. None of the property management companies we worked with were a good fit for us, so we struck out on our own.
AG Home, Inc. started in 2013 as a property management company focused on single family, residential, long-term rentals. We prioritize maintaining homes for the benefit of everyone involved — residents, owners, and the community. Well-managed homes attract and retain quality residents with lower vacancy rates and higher retention while also providing safety, security, and a sense of belonging for residents.

Property management is our top priority. Unlike many property management companies with divided interests, we are not swept up in the hustle and competition of brokerage. Instead, we prefer to maintain healthy relationships with agents who will send investors like you to us by word of mouth.
Our focus on agent referral eliminates buying and selling as motivators for our business so that we can direct our attention to maintaining high quality properties that keep residents (and their neighbors) happy. We want to do our part in contributing to a vibrant, prosperous community. We do not typically buy or sell real estate, but we are licensed as brokers and can make recommendations upon request.

Our renewal rates are high and our eviction rates are low, which means the residents renting your property are happy customers. When your resident enjoys their renting experience, it means further guaranteed income for you and a better return on your investment.
Work Order Fulfillment
Many property management companies defer maintenance requests, which saves money in the short term but leads to more costly repairs in the long term. Our team strives to respond to maintenance requests within one business day and resolve (simple) requests within 5 business days.
